ATS Processing Services, LLC ("ATS" or "we" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. In this policy we explain how and why we collect your information when you use our on-line, telephone or other services ("Services"), what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.

Data we collect, how we use it and your consent
ATS Processing Services collects and processes information about you in order to:
1) Process online payments for traffic citations and toll payments
2) Provide access to citation images and invoices
3) Respond to an inquiry request
4) Support contractual obligations between ATS and the specified Fleet Management Company, its affiliates, successors, and assigns
You may be asked for information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, driver’s license, date of birth, mailing address and telephone number. You are under no obligation to provide this information, but if you don’t then we may not be able to provide you with certain services. By providing us with such information you hereby consent and acknowledge that your data will be stored and processed in the United States. As a result, the governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through laws applicable in the United States. Where collection of your personal information may be deemed to be "exporting" your personal data under the laws of the state or province of residence, you agree that by providing your personal data to us, you shall be deemed to express consent to (i) transfer your personal data outside of your state or province of residence, for the mutually beneficial uses reasonably contemplated at the time of this consent; and (ii) the transfer to and use of this personal data by us (including the Fleet Management Company, our affiliates, and representatives) within the scope of this privacy policy and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Log files/IP addresses
When you visit our Web Sites, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our Web Sites and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.
Non personal information
We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Web Sites. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Web Sites.
Use of Cookies
The use of cookies is a standard practice among Internet websites. A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to your browser when you access a site. There are two kinds of cookies, session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie is a line of text that is stored temporarily in your computer's memory. With whom is the information shared?
ATS Processing Services will not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, ATS will share your personal information with the specified Fleet Management Company and Employer. We may also disclose your personal information to ticketing authorities, toll authorities, or third party suppliers who interact with ticket or toll issuers on ATS' behalf.
ATS Processing Services may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if it believes that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of company name and its Web Sites, visitors to the Web Sites and customers of our Services.
Our Web Site contains links to the sites of third parties. When you visit these sites, we suggest that you read their privacy policies. ATS Processing Services is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites. ATS does not store the credit card information of vehicle drivers. Payments made with debit or credit cards by drivers, through the use of the online portal or via an ATS customer service representative, are not stored by ATS.
Security
ATS Processing Services places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control. For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized personnel have access to user information. With regard to our Web Sites, we use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
ATS reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice. We encourage you to be aware of the Privacy Policy changes during your time as a registered driver with ATS.
Your access to information
You have the right to access the personal information in your file or request a correction to it. You may also request that we discontinue maintenance and use of your personal information for the purposes listed herein. Such a request, however, may not be completed until there are no longer any remaining obligations between us and our customer in respect of your company-provided vehicle or any of the above services.
You may access your information by logging onto your account with us and you may modify such information therein by clicking UPDATE on the Personal Information section of the account page.

Refunds of fine amounts and administration fees will be made ONLY under the following conditions:
1) The citation in question involved a vehicle which has been proven NOT to have been actively leased to your account.
2) The citation in question is deemed fleet liable (e.g. if your fleet company has communicated that they are liable for registration and your vehicle receives an expired registration violation).
3) The citation in question involved a processing error made by either ATS Processing Services or the Fleet Management Company.
All refunds will be made to the original payee name and address within seven business days of approval.
